TraceLayer is a proof-of-concept supplier intelligence and disruption-monitoring platform for electronics sourcing.The system maps critical semiconductor and PCBA supply chains against real-world disruption events, including geopolitical risk, manufacturing interruptions, and supplier exposure, translating external events into company-specific operational signal.TraceLayer is intentionally designed as a lightweight visibility and decision-support layer rather than a full SCM, PLM, or engineering platform. The project focuses specifically on high-impact electronics sourcing workflows where contextual awareness and rapid executive visibility matter more than broad ERP-style functionality.
